Coverts standard 3 hole (USA Standard – 3 x 40mm PCD) fitment on quick release hubs to a 6 hole (European Standard 6 x 70mm PCD) fitment. Allows the use of European style fitments to be fitted to our range of USA standard quick release hubs.
