Key Features & Design

• Materials: The VTR Shell developed by Sabelt using the know-how acquired from GT racing and WRC, covered in high-resistance velvet fabric (abrasion and friction-wear), and utilizes non-slip Kinderpoint fabric in specific cushion areas.

• Modular Pad System Customization: Uses 12 removable, CAD-designed pads Available Separately to change the interior fit without swapping the outer shell. Pads/Cushions are Sold Separately in Kits, allowing users to select different color options (Black or Red) and sizes (Medium, Large or X-Large) – Ideal for multi-driver cars in endurance racing.

• ADS (Air Ducting System): Space between the pads increases breathability and airflow to reduce driver perspiration.

• Safety & Protection: Features integrated DCT head containment, high containment shoulders, deep side bolsters, and rear structural reinforcement.

• Fire Retardation: As a component of an FIA 8855-1999 approved racing seat, the overall fabric and shell construction are designed to meet strict motorsport safety standards for fire resistance.

• Hook-and-Loop (Velcro) Fatigue: Because the GT-PAD relies on 12 removable pads that hook directly onto the shell, the velvet backing is built to withstand being repeatedly pulled on and repositioned without shredding or losing its texture.

• Homologation: Complies with FIA 8855-1999 regulations.
